ROC MEP has secured the Electrical installation of SOHO Place for LOR. Works commenced in January 2020’ and consists of shell and core install, CAT A fit out of 3 levels. It also has a new Theatre, the first in 50 years on the West End.

Contract Value: £3,200,000

The construction of a new landmark skyscraper in the City of London, known as the ‘Can of Ham’, consisting of 22-storeys of office space and ground floor retail space. ROC MEP was responsible for HV and LV shell and core works, including 3 basement levels and 3 CatA fit outs. The works included the installation of two HV sub-stations on ground floor and two HV’s panels in the basement, along with an HV generator on the roof.
