Shinfield Studios – CURO Construction Ltd
ROC are currently delivering full MEP works on site at Shinfield Studios, a new state of the art film and TV studio complex in Reading, Berkshire. Our scheme consists of full fit out and infrastructure services to 2 new 4000sqm sound stages, a 3000sqm office block and a 7 bay 3750sqm workshop building.
Annabel’s – Caprice Holdings
Our works consisted of a complete M&E fit out, including installing a new HV sub-station at basement level, new distribution install, all power and lighting, fully automated lighting control system, CCTV, fire alarm, intruder and security systems.
St Marys Axe – Mace
HV and LV shell and core works, including 3 basement levels and 3 CatA fit outs, plus HV substations, panels and generator.
Paddington Square – Mace
ROCMEP have been awarded our latest project at Paddington Square, where we are delighted to be continuing our journey with Mace, who we have built a great relationship with over the years.
