Our work has commenced at Kings Road!
We’re pleased to be on-site, once again collaborating with McLaren Construction Group. Building on our previous successes together, we are committed to delivering excellence on the redevelopment of 196-122 Kings Road.
The scheme – known as ‘The Gaumont’ in honor of its cinematic and theatrical past and being delivered on behalf of overall client Cadogan – celebrates the community, heritage and architecture of the area. Upon completion in 2025, it will feature a rooftop bar, 600-seat cinema, flagship retail, creative space, 15,000 sq ft high-quality office space, and 47 luxury residential apartments.
We will be delivering the full MEP works on site, which consists of the complete fit out of the luxury apartments including VRF cooling throughout.
