We at ROCMEP have been keeping fit and active with a 14 day fitness challenge to boost morel and stay connected. We are pleased to share with you our 14th day final! Together we have achieved an outstanding 17,010 Jumping Jacks, 4410 Squats, 2016 Push Ups, 3024 Speed Skaters, 4788 Alternating Lunges, 4536 Burpees, a 95 Minute Plank and finally 95 Minutes of the Wall Sit! We are strong believers in a healthy body equals a healthy mind.
