We’re proud to announce the successful completion and handover of Harcourt Tower (known as SQP4 through delivery stage), a landmark
addition to the South Quay Plaza development in Canary Wharf.
Standing 56 storeys high, this exceptional residential tower comprises 400 apartments, three luxury penthouses, and five floors of premium amenity spaces—all set at a pivotal
intersection of London’s historic docks.
Our scope of works included:
✅ Electrical infrastructure with submains distribution & a full height rising busbar
✅ Electrical fitout of the Gym, Games room, Karaoke room, Sauna’s and a children’s play space
✅ Landlords Network, Data, CCTV, security
✅ Fire detection, Disabled refuge, and all life safety systems
✅ Lighting and general small power
✅ Full BIM Level 2 delivery
✅ Complete fit-out of all 400 apartments
