Commercial Case Study – New Bracken House

Full refurbishment works at the new Financial Times head office. ROC’s works consisted of full electrical CatA and CatB installations over all 7 floors.

ROC has completed a £3.5 million Electrical CatA and CatB fit-out to the New Bracken House office building in the City of London; the new home of the Financial Times, almost 30 years after relocating to Southwark.

New Bracken House is situated next to St Paul’s Cathedral. Work included stripping out the building, with some portions of the floors on the wings removed to create open courtyards. External listed wings have been cleaned and refurbished, and existing roof configured with a 150-metre running track for employees, encasing a glass skylight.
