We are currently completing our first phase of this film studio complex near Reading which has consisted of full fit out and infrastructure services to 2 stages, 1 workshop and an office. We have been awarded a further 6 stages, 5 workshops and 3 offices, all let on a full design and build basis, and will be delivered delivered prior to Q2 2024.
Once completed, the Shinfield Studios development will consist of 18 sound stages, creating an 85,000sqm media hub, making it the largest film and TV studies in the UK.
ROC are working for the first time with CURO, who up until now have shown similar company values to us, and long may that continue.
