Residential case study – South Quay Plaza 4

South Quay Plaza 4 is a 56 storey high rise residential development, part of the wider regeneration of the original South Quay Plaza area on the Isle of Dogs. When finished, SQP4 will be known as ‘Harcourt Gardens’ and will have 400 residential units, retail at ground level, a spa, a gym and a communal sky garden at level 56.

ROC’s remit on the project covers the building’s electrical and specialist infrastructure, including HV cabling and transformer, submains distribution, full height rising busbar, fire detection and alarm system, life safety systems, lighting control system and general small power. Our works also include design and BIM.
