Building Control Received at Platinum House

ROC were appointed to deliver a SuperCity Apart-Hotel in Milton Keynes, known as Platinum House, for a private developer.

The former office building embarked on a conversion to a contemporary apartment/hotel consisting of 65 Room and Studio dwellings, Gym, break out and office spaces, luggage rooms and reception.

M&E services incorporated Full VRF Heating & Cooling, Air Source Heat Pump Hot Water central plant, Supply & Extract ventilation, Water treatment plant, Sprinklers served throughout, Passive Smoke Extract system, New LV Switchgear, Small Power, BMS with remote monitoring, Data, WAP, Fire Alarm, UPS Power resilience.

A challenging, fast runner on a Design & Build basis, ROC’s team overcame early design challenges to deliver the project in 20 week construction programme. No mean feat and a superb efforts from the ROC team, supply chain alike!

ROCMEP starts work onsite at Borough Yards

ROCMEP starts work onsite at Borough Yards – the redevelopment of the former Vinopolis premises, and surrounding arches, into a new shopping and restaurant complex around the well-known Borough Market.

ROCMEP’s works will consist of electrical shell and core install, CAT A fit out and electrical infrastructure to 52 retail units site wide.
