Another fantastic Private Members Club completed!

6 Grafton Street in Mayfair, London, is owned by the Ennismore Group (the group behind Hoxton Hotels). It is set over 8 floors, with a nightclub and a roof terrace; the interior design has been inspired by Ennismore’s Gleneagles luxury resort in Scotland.

ROC carried out the overall strip out and associated enabling works to the existing LV Distribution systems, along with a new HV/Package sub installed to serve the proposed infrastructure.

As part of the project, a front of house KNX lighting control system has been installed to serve all of the FF&E and specialist LED lighting, along with small power services installed to the front and back of house areas.

ROC also carried out the installation of specialist systems consisting of Fire alarms, AOV, Data, CCTV, Access control, Intruder and Intercom.

We partnered with our clients’ (Arcacia) architect and lighting designers throughout the project on a design and build process.

We are looking forward to continuing our ongoing relationship with Arcacia, who have chosen to partner with us on multiple projects; they value our honesty professionalism and collaborative approach.
