ROC MEP have secured electrical works at ‘Wembley Park – Plot E05’

Work has begun on site to deliver the £4.5m project, which comprises of the full shell and core package and fit out of 458 apartments, plus works to the restaurant and space, car and coach park areas and all external areas.

The project will involve ROC MEP installing over 130 miles of cable and 48 Electric Vehicle charging points, plus electric bicycle charging facilities.

Wembley Park is a dynamic development, which upon completion, the whole project will provide 7,000 new homes within a 8.8million sq. ft. mixed-use area.

Go-ahead for ROC to start refurbishment works on Camden Town Hall Annexe

ROC have secured a £2.25m contract with MJL to help turn an old council offices into 266 luxury boutique bedroom hotel.


The Annexe is an undervalued 1970’s Brutalist building and the new hotel with its bold new roof extension will remain respectful to its surroundings as it is a sensitive area.

Paul Codling, Contracts Manager said: “We’re delighted to be starting work on a such important building located in a prime London location that will be good for the community and preserves our history.”

ROC is currently undertaking a new office project for Crown House Technologies, aiming for completion in June 2016.

With a contract value of £424,000, Operations Director Cahal McNicholl is confident that the undertaking will be complete on the proposed date and is looking forward to seeing the finished development.

The project will encompass Electrical installation to the office building’s shell and core.
