Shinfield Studios

Our largest project to date, full MEP works at Shinfield Studios, a new state of the art film and TV studio complex.
This Tier 1 project was 250% larger than our previous largest project and saw us install a wide range of MEP solutions across 4 phases, including 8 stages, 6 workshops, and 4 offices on a design and build basis external areas.
The project required our team to overcome numerous challenges, including working simultaneously across 14 buildings at varying stages of construction, installing solutions to ceilings in vast sound stages spanning 22 metres in height, and swiftly adjusting our programme of works to meet the demands of the client’s filming schedules.
Shinfield Studios is now the UK’s largest film and TV studio, offering producers nearly 1 million sq ft of world-class studio space.
