We’re currently delivering the M&E package at Silkstream, a landmark residential regeneration scheme in Hendon, North London, in partnership with St George, part of the Berkeley Group, renowned for their expertise in high-quality, sustainable mixed-use developments.
Progress on site has been excellent – a credit to our dedicated Project Team. Despite demanding programmes and evolving design requirements, they’ve successfully navigated commissioning challenges and delivered installations to the highest standard, meeting both BCO and client expectations.
Earlier this year, we handed over several key areas including Blocks 1 and 5, and the white box works for Sainsbury’s. More recently, we’ve handed over the Gym and Cinema, now fully operational and being enjoyed by residents from Phase 1. Block 2 is also progressing well, with 1st Fix nearing completion across apartments and corridors.
This is a future-focused development with sustainability at its core: all homes are designed to exceed current energy efficiency standards and reduce carbon emissions. We’ve installed Exhaust Air Heat Pump technology to every flat, delivering hot water and heating without the need for a central plant system.

- Separate commercial and residential sprinkler systems
- Integrated car park management
- Security and fire alarm systems
We’re proud to continue our partnership with Berkeley Group, having successfully completed SQP4 earlier this year, and currently progressing well on-site at both Silkstream and Fulham Reach.
